Easy Oatmeal Breakfast with Berries

My philosophy is if it's easy to make AND healthy its a win-win!

This is a standard classic in my house, however I also make it according to what I have available on hand. Sometimes I will used dried cranberries, bannanas, walnuts, apples. I like to switch it up so it doesn't get boring.

The oatmeal I use is the regular oatmeal not the 1 min kind. You can find it in any grocery market and prepare it according to the back of the box. You can use the 1min if you are strapped on time but the regular one has more of its original nutrients.

You can always adjust it to your favorite toppings if you choose:)

Oatmeal with Berries

1 cup of oatmeal (steel cut or regular oats)

1/2 cup bluberries (or fruit of your choice)

2 Tablespoons Almonds (or nut of your choice)

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Dash of Cinnamon
