Sweet Breakfast: Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins

I know when many people think about "healthy food", they imagine bowls of cold, boring oatmeal or whey protein. I'm here to tell you that you  can eat delicious food that is actually great for your body. The key to a good diet is not realizing your on a diet at all! One great way to accomplish that, is to have a collection of recipes that are tasty, easy to make, and full of good nutrition. This is a much better option for your little ones than a bowl of processed, sugary cereal! Consider these muffins a breakfast version of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Don't use a natural-style peanut butter in this recipe; it won't have enough sugar or fat to help the muffins rise.
